Rabbits

Meet Sharon

Sharon

Female

5 years

Sharon is a lively and sociable rabbit, neutered, aged 5 years, who is looking for a new home and rabbit companion.

Sharon loves a cuddle and loves to play. She doesn’t always go for toys designed for chewing, and instead mostly plays by running jumping on top of things and digging (or maybe chewing things that weren’t designed for chewing!). Sharon loves to cuddle as well, and will come up and nuzzle up to you to let you know she wants pets.

Like many rabbits, Sharon is very food motivated. She loves to nibble on herbs, and her favourite is basil. If there is a banana in the room Sharon will do her best to get a bite of it. She’ll run away with her favourite treats to make sure you don’t steal them from her. She isn’t fussy and gets excited about any rabbit-safe treats.

Sharon is a healthy and active rabbit, and has had no major health issues. She had her molars trimmed at the vet’s because she was chewing more on one side of her mouth than the other, but this hasn’t been a recurring issue. She also experienced sore hocks several years ago, which also was resolved after changing the space and adding more cushioned places to rest.

She needs a new rabbit companion, and will make a lovely friend for a rabbit and their person!
